Welcome to Module 1

When you make and take the time to set clear directions and outcomes, you may find you experience relief at getting everything out of your head and onto paper, rather than a swirling of ideas, opportunities and possibilities. You'll find that vague concepts, goals or tasks when articulated clearly and specifically can become an exciting work in progress. Particularly when you break large goals down into bite size chunks.

Remember there is no perfect only progress. Information matters less, implementation matters most. You may find yourself referring back to these directions and outcomes regularly through the course of the program and during your normal day to day. In order to get the best out of these modules, work through each video, download the worksheets, there is only 1 set of worksheets (PDF) per entire module. Alternatively you may prefer to listen to the audio recording available.
