Do I have to be in a leadership role?
Yes, ideally leading a minimum of 3-5 staff to be able to implement your learnings. Or at least 5 different stakeholder relationships to put your feedback and influence skills to work.
I don't have any specific pressing issues right now, the team is going well, however I generally don't love giving feedback. Will it still be useful?
Yes absolutely, we will still be practicing, role-playing and diving into the common doubts, fears and issues leaders having in feedback interactions.
I'm really time poor at the moment. Will it be recorded?
So participants can have a safe and confidential environment to discuss their current people challenges and ways to give feedback. We don't record. It's respecting privacy.
