I was very excited coming into the program. I had huge expectations imagining that this program could help me move forward with my two businesses - lifestyle coaching and Airbnb. I merged them into one – mini retreats.

Thanks to the program and very beneficial, eye opener “Individual Thought Code”, I learned a lot about myself and have gained clarity about where I stand with my business and why, for my business and in my family life as well.

I have implemented a lot in regards to my calendar, organisation, outsourcing aspects around cleaning, marketing and administration, particularly to help during high season periods. Personally, I started to build clear boundaries, as I did have trouble saying no.

My big takeaways from the program were, even though it is a one person show, I can have help and build a team of people around me. My biggest threat is who will be doing the job if I am not able to do it. All the more reason to have a supportive team. Plan better and stress less.

It was a great program. I have learned a lot and appreciate the opportunity to be part of a bigger picture looking at the tourism industry as a whole in our region. This program has allowed me to see gaps in my way of thinking and where I am stuck personally and in my business.
