Today I’m in-house with a tourism business training the new trainer who will be rolling out and managing the training and development of this team in 2023.

It’s super exciting.

No 1. because the business is COMMITTED to improving their people.

No 2. because they are creating a system now to ensure progress and development for improvement and growth of people, the department, and the business.

No 3. because staying still and complacency will not work with the new now and external challenges our industry is facing.

With almost 30 staff in the reservations department, systems, processes, structure, and standards are a priority.
