Many business leaders share their numbers with us. How well the business is doing (or not). How the team is performing (or not). We take them through an extensive Business Questionaire to establish strengths, gaps and opportunities.
One of the very simple measures we use in conversation, is The Show Up Factor Model. How well is your team showing up? If 0 out of 10 is disastrously and a 10 out of 10 is amazingly, how well is your team tracking?
Sadly, many leaders say between a 4, 5 or 6. Boards give different numbers again. Likewise middle management and/or individuals on the team. Very few teams are on the same page.
